Founded in 1993, Diversi-T is a change management consultancy and human resource development and training organisation at the cutting edge of organisational development in South Africa. A Level 1 B-BBEE company, our major areas of focus are organisational transformation, diversity management, culture auditing and capacity building.

What We Do
As a leading change management consultancy, before embarking on any service, Diversi-T would endeavour to determine the exact needs and requirements of your organisation and/or team through indepth consultation.
Assess & Advise
Diversi-T has vast experience in implementing action oriented surveys including institutional and culture surveys, Section 19 analysis (for EE) diversity and gender surveys. We work together with our associate Professor Andrew Thatcher, Chair of Psychology at Wits University on such assessments. Furthermore, we undertake transformation surveys and have implemented these for the past ten years with the Denel group of companies.
Training Programs
In line with our focus on transformation our training programmes are transformation based and include both accredited and unaccredited programmes.
Our training programmes can run over 1 or 2 days and areas of training include:
- Diversity Awareness and Management
- Facilitation of Dialogues on Race and Diversity
- Facilitation of team building workshops
- Training of Employment Equity and Skills Development committees
- We also have a number of capacity building programmes to bridge graduates into the world of work
Support
We provide support to companies in the following ways:
- Assist with regards to the relevant alignment with the new B-BBEE codes
- Assist with Employment Equity planning and policies
- Offer support to Skills Development Facilitators
- Consult on various industry charters
