How should your company be managing diversity?
Many companies in South Africa are becoming aware of the need to manage their employee diversity more effectively. This might be in order to better achieve employment equity targets or to improve organisational culture, or to improve levels of attraction and retention of designated groups. The important role of managing diversity cannot be underestimated in these areas.

What Diversity Issues do South African Businesses Face?
All too often in South African businesses, diversity issues and the management thereof is conceptualised as a problem or as a source of potential conflict which needs to be managed whereas the opposite is true. Effective diversity management provides a competitive edge improving productivity and profitability.

Dealing with Racism at Work through Policies and Procedures
South Africa is still in its infancy when it comes to the creation of a new national culture of social cohesion and nation building. This is because there are the wrongs from the past that must be corrected and incorporated into a new corporate culture. Racism is a bottom line issue and it impacts on productivity and profitability.

What is Diversity Training all about?
Diversity training appears to be one of the most misunderstood areas of the change management process and transformation. If effectively implemented it has a significant role to play in combating prejudice in the workplace and in promoting productivity and profitability.
