Diversi-T was established in 1993, as a human-resource development and training consultancy on the frontline of political change in South Africa. We have grown in this new-democratic environment, developing solutions for many public and private organisations having to grapple with change, diversity and inclusion. Still part of this evolving landscape, we are proud to have matured into a pioneering DEIB consultancy at the tip of Africa.

Diversi-T is Level 2 B-BBEE company at the cutting edge of human resource development in South Africa. Our major areas of focus are organisational transformation, diversity management, culture auditing and capacity building. We also assist with Employment Equity, Skills Development and Diversity/Inclusion Training. Team Diversi-T

Leading the team is Teresa Oakley-Smith, a pioneer in DEIB and change management work in South Africa.

An ex academic and a psychologist by profession, she has developed innovative processes to deal with the impact of change over two decades since founding Diversi-T.

Teresa founded Diversi-T. She is a pioneer in the South African DEIB and Change arena. She facilitates, consults and develops materials and trains trainers.
